Sorghum Pasta

It is a pleasant-tasting gluten-free fusilli pasta, made from sorghum flour and millet flour.

It is highly enjoyable and retains its consistency even after cooking.

Sorghum is a cereal of African origin, belonging to the grass family, with high nutritional value and protein content. 

It is rich in dietary fibre, protein and iron, as well as antioxidants, of which vitamin E is a prominent one.

Ingredients: sorghum flour (57%), millet flour, water, psyllium husk flour

Preparation Cook in boiling water, on low heat for 3-4 minutes. If ready filter and rinse with plenty of water. Serve according to your taste.
