Usage: For making plant based patties that are vegan, gluten-free, dairy-free, egg-free, soy-free, yeast-free, corn flour- and corn starch-free, potato-free, rice-free, high in dietary fibre, does not contain added sugar and fat.
With this bag, you can make up to 108 patties (3-4 cm diameter each) using the following basic recipe:
Recipe for 12 vegan patties:
Ingredients:
- 100 g patty mixture
- 120 g lukewarm water (~40°C)
- 4 g Himalayan or Parajdian salt
Suggestion: Mix 4 g Himalayan Salt and 120 g lukewarm water to 100 g of the mixture and leave to rest for 10 minutes. In the meantime, preheat the oil (Coconut Oil) for frying on 6-7 temperature setting or medium heat. Shape 12 balls with wet hands and bake for 4-5 minutes. Drain off excess oil with paper towels.
